Q1 如何跟我們合作銷售產品?

當然必須先閲讀並接受”網站的使用規則”,之後只需在本網站平台上開設戶口,並上載數幅作品作審查,一般會在48小時內獲得批准,便可以正式使用我們的服務。 基本上我們不收取任何費用,設計師用戶只需上載其作品到我們的網站上銷售,一經賣出,我們便會負責所有客服丶生產及寄貨等流程,設計師只需專注創作及宣傳,便可安座家中便可收取佣金,剛開戶的設計師用戶的一般佣金為銷售價錢的20%(以最後售出價格計算) 例如你的生意額為$3000, 當有客人購買時, 你的佣金便是$3000x20%=$600, PayPal結算的用戶, 將有機會被 PayPal 收取其公司當時的行政等費用。在其他的銷售渠道(如快閃商店丶Pinkoi丶amazon等...)一般佣金為銷售價錢的15%(以最後售出價格計算)PayPal結算的用戶, 將有機會被 PayPal 收取其公司當時的行政等費用。

Q2 平台推行的免運服務,設計師需要一起付款嗎?

不用的。免運費是本平台全數提供及支付,希望方便我們的顧客,減少下單時的考慮,盡情享受平台的創作。

Q3 怎樣知道賣出了多少產品?

每個設計師用戶只要有任何銷售,均會以電郵方式收到每月銷售報告。

Q4 怎樣結算/找數已賣出的產品及收取佣金?

以每月結算的方式進行, 一般情況下45天, 如 5月1-31日內賣出的所有產品, 全部均會在7月15-18日結算付款 (公眾假期等將順延數天) 其他的銷售渠道均以該平台結算後的45天結算

Q5 什麼方式收取設計佣金?

我們暫時只提供 PayPal及香港的數間指定銀行。

PayPal結算的用戶, 將有機會被 PayPal 收取其公司當時的行政等費用;

而身處香港的設計師用戶均可選擇匯豐丶恒生丶中國銀行(香港)收取佣金,我們會直接幫你們入支票,設計師用戶只需安座家中便可收到佣金了。

Q6 同一個設計作品/圖案可以分推出白色及黑色嗎?

可以的,但本公司將視為兩款作品,所以須分開上載兩次。(如適用)我們建議將設計作品檔退走底色及轉化為png.格式

Q7 資料可以改動嗎?

所有資料均不是全部能夠隨時改動,如收款戶口丶手機號碼丶用戶名稱等,所以煩請小心填寫每一項資料,產品資料也只是部分能夠改動, 為保障用戶及法律,上載的作品亦不能從帳戶内刪除,所以錯誤上載的產品可以自行下架。

Q8 上載設計作品檔案格式要求?

我們接收 jpg. Png tif 格式的檔案 ( 最佳的打印格式: 透明底的png ) 300-350dpi, 尺寸比例為打印尺寸的1:1

Q9 是否可以自定價格?

可以的,每件產品均有其最低至最高定價,所有定價必須配合平台提供給所有用戶的一切折扣優惠 ( 如:生日優惠卷丶尊貴會員優惠,一般為5-9折及當時推出的任何推廣優惠折扣/轉季清貨等等 )如不想參加平台推廣的優惠,可以自行下將作品暫時下架,但我們並不建議,除了曝光機會少了,影響銷售外,亦會降底本來公司對其戶口的評分,影響之後的其他曝光機會。

Q10 其他產品如何申請及上架?

其他產品此部分需受我們網站代為存貨,上架, 定價及存倉等,所以每項產品必須跟我們獨立聯絡洽談。

Q11 如何提高曝光機會?

本網站系統以銷售額丶瀏覽量丶設計師宣傳活躍度丶參與及支持推廣活動等為準則而影響其曝光機會。

Q12 如何評審上架作品?

我們的內部評審由 5個不同界別的人組成,藝術家丶平面設計師丶時裝設計師丶市場推廣丶編輯記者。

Q13 如何提高設計師的佣金?

設計師的佣金一般已累積銷售額達到某個程度才會增加,所以多分享, 多作品推出及多參與推廣活動均會增加你的曝光而達到更多的銷售額。

Q14 網站用什麼貨幣計算作準?

港幣。由於我們是香港註冊的有限公司,受香港法律保護, 所以我們全部以港幣結算, 所以本公司恕不負責貨幣兌換而產生的任何差額。

Q15 設計師的作品有數量限制嗎?

一般沒有限制。

Q16 設計師的作品風格有限制嗎?

基本上沒有限制, 只需遵守網站的使用規則便可。

Q17 如何得知購買產品的客人資料?

為了保障第三方客人的資料保密,本公司恕不會提供客人資料給設計師用戶,敬請見諒。

Q18 遺失了設計檔如何在網站下載之前上載的檔案?

由於本公司不是處理雲端寄存服務公司,所以曾經上載的檔案是不可重新下載,煩請設計師好好保存設計的原圖或原檔。

Q19 已上架的產品可以隨時下架嗎?

可以的。但不建議經常上架下架,因為有些宣傳推廣將不定期舉行,很可能錯失曝光及銷售機會;在公共網絡的鏈結也會消失而錯失良機。

Q1 How do we cooperate to sell products?

You must first read and accept the “rules of use of the website”. After that, you only need to open an account on this website platform and upload several pieces of artwork for review. It will be approved within 48 hours, and you can officially use our services. We do not have extra fees such as shelves. Designers only need to upload their works to our website for sale. Once they are sold, we will be responsible for all the processes of customer service, production and shipping, etc. Designers will receive a 20% commissions of the final sales price. Q2 Do designers share the fees for free delivery service with the online platform?

No. Our platform will provide and pay for all free delivery services. We hope to facilitate our customers, reduce the considerations while placing orders, and enjoy the creations of our platform.

Q3 How do you know how many products are sold?

Every designer user will receive a monthly sales report when sales are made, and be notified by email.

Q4 How to claim your earning for the sold products and collect the commission?

A monthly settlement is used. Under normal circumstances, all products sold within May 1-31 will be settled on July 15-18 (Public holidays will defer the process for several days).Sales on other platforms are settled 45days after of which the platform settlement been made.

Q5 What way to collect the design commission?

We only provide PayPal and several designated banks in Hong Kong currently.
PayPal settlement users will have the opportunity to be charged by PayPal for their company’s administrative expenses at that time;
Designers living in Hong Kong can choose HSBC, Hang Seng, and Bank of China ( Hong Kong ) to collect commissions. We will help deposit your cheque into your account.

Q6 Can the same design/pattern be launched in both white and black?

Yes, they will be regarded as two works, so it must be uploaded twice. (if applicable) We recommend to remove all backgrounds and convert them to png. format.

Q7 Can data be changed?

We receive jpg and png format files (best print format: transparent background png) 300-350dpi, size ratio is 1:1 for print size

Q8 Can Designers price their artwork?

Yes, each product has its lowest to highest price, all pricing must be in line with all discounts provided by the platform to all users (e.g. birthday discount coupons, premium member discounts, usually 10-50 percent off and any promotion at that time Discount/Turn Season Clearance, etc.)
If you do not wish to participate in the promotion of the platform, you can cancel your work temporarily, but we do not recommend that, in addition to less exposure, affecting sales, will also lower the score, affect future exposure opportunities.

Q9 How to increase exposure?

This website system influences its exposure opportunities based on criteria such as sales, visits, activity, participation and support promotion activities.

Q10 How do we examine the uploaded artwork?

Our internal review consists of people from 5 different fields, artists, graphic designers, fashion designers, marketing, and editors.

Q11 What currency does the website use?

Hong Kong dollars. Since we are a Hong Kong registered company limited by Hong Kong law, we are all settled in Hong Kong dollars. Therefore, we will not be responsible for any differences arising from currency exchange.

Q12 Is there a limit to the number of designer's works?

There is no limit.

Q13 Is there a limit to the designer's style of use?

There is no limit. As long as they meet the rules of our website

Q14 How do I get pieces of information of the customer who has purchased my product?

To protect the confidentiality of the information of third-party guests, we will not provide customers information to the designers, thank you for understanding.

Q15 How do I download the files I have uploaded to the website if I have lost my artwork.

Since our company is not a cloud services provider, the uploaded files cannot be re-downloaded, so designers are advised to keep the original artwork or original file safe.

Q16 Can I take products off the shelf at any time?

Yes. However, it is not recommended that to placed products on and off shelves frequently because some publicity campaigns will be held from time to time. It is very likely that the exposure and sales opportunities will be missed; the links on public networks will also disappear, and opportunities will be missed. Sometimes will lately , contact us in email anytime .
