Q1 下了訂單,什麼時候可以收到貨品?

視乎收件地方及物流公司情況而定,一般本公司會視乎當時的情況,於4-10工作天內寄出貨品,寄出後會同時發送電郵給你關於物流號碼等資料方便查閱,但部分物流公司不能即時更新資料,所以即時查詢有機會查閲不成功或錯誤, 一般兩天後查閲比較準確。

Q2 寄出的貨品用什麼速運公司?

一般使用"香港郵政"或"順豐速運"寄出,亦會視乎地方及當時情況而定。一般"免運費"情況下會使用"香港郵政"。

Q3 為什麼有些設計圖像印出來比較清晣丶有些印出來比較模糊?

由於全部產品均由設計師用戶上載,所以只要達最低的印製要求便可上載,圖像的清晰度可能是設計師用戶的風格之一,如低像素人像或拼貼等。

Q4 為什麼有些設計可以選擇多款產品,有些則沒有?

由於全部產品均由設計師用戶上載,所以印製什麼類型的產品及訂價,均由他們決定,我們網站會尊重他們的決定。

Q5 填寫收件資料會發生什麼問題?

寄件地址必須清楚列明所有詳細資料,這樣才能夠配合送貨公司精准地送到你手上,否則引起任何錯寄丶錯資料丶寄失等,本公司恕不負責,如因錯填資料而送返的訂單,本公司當然樂意為你重寄,但將再次收取運費,免運的訂單也因此而收取運費。如果情況再差點,錯寄而不能取回,本公司真的恕不重補,所以請各位小心填寫所有精准的詳細資料。

Q6 為什麼產品的尺寸好像每次也有少許不同?

雖然每個品牌的生產線不一樣,但均有其標準,一般為尺寸表的正負2cm。每件產品均由供應商提供其產品,故品牌的嘜頭及每批貨的質素也有機會變動,但絕對附合該品牌的標準,故恕不能以此原因退貨或換貨,敬請諒解。

Q7 怎樣可以退/換貨?

基本上本網站的全部產品均為訂造商品,故不接受任何退/換貨。除非特殊情形,如衣服蛀了洞丶寄錯款式,但我們均會檢查清楚才會發貨。如衣服蛀了洞丶寄錯款式等問題,請即時拍照並電郵給我們跟進,我們將會立即將此訂單改成特殊訂單,先進行處理。

Q8 為什麼網上的顏色/圖案的大小比例跟實物有點不同?

網上顯示的顏色及作品大小比例均不能作準,本公司會以我們的標準交貨,亦會因為不同的品牌產品而影響印刷質素,特別是在黑色產品上,為了令手感較柔軟,故我們會設定圖案比較啞身效果,不會太鮮豔。

Q9 怎樣洗滌和保養衣服?

最好的方法當然是手洗,但不要過度扭曲衣服,而是不停用手反覆壓出水份然後掛乾。其次是返轉衣服放入洗衣袋,才放進洗衣機冷水(30度以下)洗滌,謹記不要高溫及乾洗,均會隨著溫度比例而縮水丶破壞物料及圖案印花的牢固度。

Q10 衣服洗滌後會縮水嗎?

一定會的。只要是全棉產品,經洗滌後必然會縮水,而國際的標準縮水程度為4-7%,引入的不同品牌布料縮水程度不一,洗衣機及水溫也是影響因素,故未能逐一給予意見。

Q5 What are the problems might accrue with filling out the recipient information?

Shipment address must clearly specify all the details so that it can be delivered to you with the delivery company. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any mistakes such as incorrect delivery address, fault details or lost mail etc. Our company will certainly re-send the order for returns due to fault details. However, delivery will be charged again, and any free shipping order will also be subject to shipping charges. Q7 How do I return/exchange my orders?
All of the products on this site are custom-made products, so no refund or exchange is accepted. Unless it is a special case, such as faulty or incorrect items are delivered. However, we check before delivery. If you have a problem with your items, you have to take a photo and e-mail us for follow-up. We will immediately exchange this order to a special order and process it in prior.
Q8 Why is the ratio of colours/patterns on the web varies from real ones?

Q9 How to wash and maintain clothes?
